Breakfast at the desk..

Not a recommendation at all, and I’m usally away from my desk when having breakfast, snack or lunch.. but sometimes there is just not enough time. So, I have found this great combo that can be prepared the evening before and just for that extra Yummy-factor can be heated in the micro for couple of seconds..

So, I have found this great combo that can be prepared the evening before and just for that extra Yummy-factor can be heated in the micro for couple of seconds.. 

Over-night porridge – blend 70gr (dry weight) porridge loaded with various nuts and seeds with 1dl of milk, water or even apple juice. Leave it in the fridge over night, and don’t forget to take it with you in the morning :))

Can be served cold or just slightly warmed up with a spoon of cold greek yogurt or as in this case ’Just Egg’ pudding on top of it… The Coffee flavoured pudding tasted amazing as it got a bit warm with the porridge #NomNom

Will keep me full for a while #Yummy
