I went to their homepage to see what’s all about… Excuse my swenglish 😉

Proteinella (Bodylab) is a new and ground breaking concept in the market that sets the standard on how a spread should be. It’s a genuine chocolate spread made out of Belgian chocolate and roasted hazelnuts – and in addition, this product has no added sugar, but instead more than 20% protein added from whey protein isolate. These nutritional enhancements make Proteinella a completely unique product, and also the better choice compared to classical chocolate spreads.

Peanut butter (Foodspring)

Whole peanuts. No additives. Real flavour.

The taste experience is important. That’s why no genetic engineering and artificial additives are added – like palm oil, salt or sugar either. This peanut butter is a pure, natural product and nothing else besides.

Hazelnut cream (Barebells)

22% protein. No added sugar. No palm oil.

A better choice of hazelnut cream. Wonderful as a toppings, but also perfect for baking.

With amazing flavours and nutritional values, it sets a new standard for functional products. Hazelnut Cream is a wonderful and nutritional cream with added whey protein. Eat it on the sandwich, rice cake or straight from the jar when you’re craving for something great tasting.

I reason like this…

In terms of energy they all are more or less the same, of course it makes a difference if you are considering to eat the whole jar but only as a spread on a sandwich – nah..

When in need of long term energy for breakfast or as a evening snack with a plan to do a ‘pre-breakfast’ workout – Peanut butter is preferable. If in need of slightly quicker energy then either Proteinella or Hazelnut cream.

Will probably try it in a smoothie and with the porridge. Keep updated via my insta 🙂 where I will also let you of course know how they taste.

Or… which one would you like me to try first?
